Structure
The well-restored rural complex extends for about thirty hectares of woods, olive trees, fields and still preserves the beauty of ancient times. We can accommodate 22/24 people in 5 apartments each with its own entrance, with terrace, tables and chairs. You can have the swimming pool in exclusive use such as the tennis court, outdoor fitness, table tennis and children's playground.

From the large porch of the Acqua apartment you can enjoy a beautiful view of the hills of Val Tiberina. Apartment with 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with shower plus a small bathroom in the room, living room with fireplace and well-equipped kitchen, terrace with table for eating out on warm summer evenings. Terra apartment
On cool summer evenings guests can relax in front of a small fire in the fireplace. In the morning you can watch the sunrise and have breakfast on the splendid veranda with spectacular views of the small villages perched on the hills surrounding the property. Fully furnished in the style of the old country houses of yesteryear to relive an ancient flavor of the past. Apartment suitable for the disabled.
Aria apartment
From the windows of the spacious Aria apartment, on the first floor of the large farmhouse, you can enjoy one of the most beautiful landscapes in central Italy. The large apartment has 2 bedrooms plus another bedroom in a charming, very characteristic mezzanine, a bathroom with shower, another bathroom with shower and bathtub, well-equipped kitchen and large room with lounge, table and chairs for when you want to eat inside. Outside you will find an exclusive terrace with tables, chairs and BBQ for your grills.
Fire Apartment
From this old stone stall from the walls to the floor, they have been restored and left in their primitive state where the peasant beauty of the past has remained. An ancient fireplace, where you can warm up sitting in the chairs placed within this immense focolare, will make you rediscover an authentic way of living a past time. A large living room awaits you in this delightful apartment where you will breathe the warmth of an authentic old Tuscan house. Two large welcoming bedrooms and two bathrooms, this home is ideal for four people who want large spaces inside and outside the home. The terrace, with tables and chairs, will allow you to eat outside while looking at the magnificent panorama of the green hills of Umbria and Tuscany.
Tower
Located in the center of the complex, the Torre apartment is the beating heart of this village and a romantic dip into the past. It recalls stories of battles and sightings, stories of the past when, to escape the inquisitors, tunnels were dug underground for escape routes. There are also legends that tell how the great poet Dante, on his way to reach Ravenna, he sat on a stone balcony behind the Tower and was enchanted by “such great beauty” and began to write “Il Paradiso”.
Now it is been finely renovated and became an apartment and is spread over two floors: the tavern with sofas, fireplace, table with chairs and TV. The very well equipped kitchen, table and chairs, dishwasher, another fireplace, sofa and small bathroom. Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms, bathroom with shower, cabinet with 2 sinks, washing machine, hairdryer.

The outdoor spaces
Inside the property there is a swimming pool, 12x5, with umbrellas, deck chairs, sun loungers, tables and chairs. Tennis court with rackets and balls to play games with friends. Pin pong table with paddles and balls, outdoor fitness equipment and children's playground with sand as on the beach.
